Our Policies

Delivery Area:
Our delivery area currently includes Shreveport/ Bossier City limits. If you are not sure if your party is taking place within our delivery area, please give us a call to find out.

Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions:
Upon making your reservation, you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our "Rental Agreement, Release and Assumption of Risks" and "Policies and Safety Rules". Please read over these documents and feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. On the day of your event, our driver will have a copy of these documents and will need your signature at that time.

Rain/Weather Policy:
There is no penalty or deposit lost for an event cancelled due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we get to your location to set up. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind we cannot set up an inflatable and have the right to cancel.

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of ½ down via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit or Check is required at the time the order is placed.

Methods of Payment:
We accepts all major credit cards, debits and personal & company checks.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be added to all sales.

Rental Periods:
In The Zone's inflatable units are rented out for a six hour period

Yard Requirements:
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.

Electrical Requirements:
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.

Delivery vs. Customer Pick-up:
We do not offer customer pick-up for any of our equipment. Our trained staff will deliver, set-up and take down to ensure the safety of all participants. There is no extra cost for this service.
